Sales Operations Analyst
A leading global marketing automation platform is expanding its EMEA Sales Operations team and is looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how sales and marketing teams collaborate and scale in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You'll work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to optimise workflows, deliver actionable insights and help drive growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise reporting and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel and BI tools
- Audit and reconcile sales data, supporting automation and data integrity initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing to manage campaign delivery
- Contribute to requirements gathering and implementation for process improvements
- Act as a trusted advisor within the team and contribute to leadership initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Expertise in Sales Operations, with experience in Salesforce and MailChimp being highly beneficial
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas)
- Ability to extract and communicate insights from large datasets with clarity and impact
- Experience working with relational databases and sales analytics
- Clear, concise communication and stakeholder management skills
Initial 6 month contract, hybrid working 3 days per week in Central London and paid inside IR35.
