The ideal candidate will:

Be a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS practitioner with a passion for early childhood development

Create a vibrant, engaging and inclusive learning environment tailored to young learners

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and effective early years pedagogy

Be reflective, open to feedback, and eager to collaborate with colleagues

Be an ECT or an experienced teacher looking for a supportive academy setting with strong values and a commitment to development
