As a key stage 2 teacher, you will

  • Have QTS
  • Have experience as a key stage 2 teacher
  • Have high expectations of themselves as a key stage 2 teacher, and of course, of their students
  • Be able to recognise and harness the strengths, interests, creativity and talents of each individual child
  • Be able to promote the highest possible standards of achievement for all children and encourage them to be resilient learners, who do not shy away from a challenge
  • Be able to encourage children to be enthusiastic, confident and successful learners for who are intrinsically motivated to learn
