We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Key Stage 1 teacher to join our friendly and dedicated team in September 2025.

You will be responsible for teaching a KS1 class (Year 1 or Year 2), inspiring pupils with engaging lessons, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing tailored support where needed

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Work effectively as part of a supportive year group and phase team

  • Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has experience teaching in KS1 (either through teaching roles or placements)

  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum

  • Brings creativity, energy, and a team-player attitude to the school community
