About the Role - KS2 Class Teacher
As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a class of pupils in Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality lessons that support both academic and personal development. You will work alongside a year group partner and benefit from a strong curriculum structure, creative freedom, and excellent resources.

Responsibilities - KS2 Class Teacher
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess pupil progress accurately and use data to inform teaching
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Contribute to curriculum planning, enrichment activities, and whole-school events
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, TAs, and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate - KS2 Class Teacher
The ideal KS2 Class Teacher will bring enthusiasm, subject knowledge, and a passion for learning to the classroom.
You must have:
- QTS and recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong behaviour management and the ability to engage a range of learners
- Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment methods
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teaching and school life
- A commitment to supporting children's progress both academically and personally
