- What will your key responsibilities be?
- Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of each student.
- Create an inclusive environment that supports positive behaviour and well-being.
- Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to identify and address students' needs.
- Participate in parents' evenings and engage in regular communication with parents and families as necessary.
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching knowledge and skills.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Primary Teaching experience across KS1 or KS2
- Ability to adapt your teaching to best suit children of mixed abilities
- Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to engage pupils effectively
- Good behaviour management
- Most importantly, a genuine passion for teaching primary aged children.
