Reeson Education is working with a highly regarded primary school in the heart of Southwark, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to take on a full-time Reception class from September 2025 on a permanent basis.

• Role: Reception Class Teacher (EYFS)

• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Salary: £44,236 - £52,300 per annum (MPS/UPS - Inner London)

• Located in a vibrant and diverse area of Southwark with excellent transport links

• Supportive SLT and experienced EYFS team to collaborate with

• Strong emphasis on child-centred learning, creativity, and early development

• Well-resourced classrooms and a focus on outdoor learning

• Full responsibility for a Reception class, including planning, preparation, and assessment

• Deliver a creative, engaging EYFS curriculum that supports all areas of development

• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider team to ensure each child thrives

• Opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking, inclusive school environment

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience

• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early learning goals

• Experience working in a Reception setting is highly desirable

• A nurturing, reflective practitioner with excellent communication skills

• ECTs and experienced teachers are both welcome to apply
