Skills & Experience of the Ideal Teacher:
- Proven experience in UKS2 and understanding of SATs preparation is desirable
- Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Ability to deliver engaging lessons that support academic excellence
- Skilled in assessing pupil progress and using data to inform teaching
- Confident in supporting pupils' transition to secondary school
- Excellent communication with parents, colleagues, and leadership

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Right to work in the UK
