Job Specification:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Year 1 curriculum.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.

• Participate in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1.

• Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.

• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
