Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring the academic progress of all students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and values diversity.
- The successful Teacher will be able to work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, and the wider school community through effective communication and involvement in school events and activities.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods, technology, and resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Have confidence managing children's behaviour during the school day and supporting their learning and participation in class
- Encourage the development of social skills and supporting students' individual needs
- Hold a QTS certificate (or the PGCE equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous learning.
