Salary: MPS3-MPS6 (No ECTs)
Please note: This role is open only to teachers who are in their third year of teaching or beyond.

About the Role:
- Full-time Year 1 class teacher for a class of 27 pupils
- One child with an EHCP, supported by a full-time LSA

- Genuine temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified teacher with at least two full years of teaching experience completed
- Have a solid grasp of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics teaching
- Be reflective, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about early learning
- Enjoy working closely with families and local partners in a community setting
