Your new role
- Teach a vibrant Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment with strong behaviour management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise attainment and ensure pupil progress.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Passion for inspiring and motivating pupils.
