The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to deliver a creative, challenging curriculum while fostering a positive, stimulating learning environment. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum and school ethos
- Creating a warm, supportive classroom atmosphere where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to learn
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress effectively, providing insightful, constructive feedback
- Contributing to the wider school community and participating in extracurricular activities and school events
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an individual who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Is creative, inspiring, and committed to enabling every pupil to reach their potential
- Has excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and best classroom practice
- Brings strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Is a positive team player, eager to contribute to a collaborative, supportive school environment
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
