A supportive and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who require additional behaviour and emotional support, helping them to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support for pupils across the school
Implement positive behaviour strategies to promote engagement and focus
Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to deliver targeted interventions
Support pupils' social, emotional, and mental health needs
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage positive behaviour and resilience
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children with challenging behaviour, SEMH, or SEN
Patient, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure
Strong behaviour management skills with a positive, proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Passionate about supporting children to overcome barriers to learning
