As an HLTA - EYFS - Primary School, you will:
Deliver engaging early years activities, following EYFS framework guidance
Support the class teacher with planning and classroom organisation
Lead sessions and interventions across Nursery and Reception
Encourage language development, phonics, and social interaction through structured play
Assist with pupil observation and progress tracking
To be considered for this HLTA - EYFS - Primary School role, you should:
Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification
Have previous experience supporting in an EYFS setting
Be confident in delivering learning to small groups and whole classes
Be patient, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood development
Hold a current DBS (or be willing to apply)
