Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing tailored support where needed

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

Work effectively as part of a supportive year group and phase team

Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues



The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has experience teaching in KS1 (either through teaching roles or placements)

Demonstrates excellent classroom management and a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum

Brings creativity, energy, and a team-player attitude to the school community
