Key responsibilities as a KS1 Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment in your KS1 classroom
Assess and monitor pupil progress using formative and summative methods
Uphold and promote the Catholic ethos and values of the school
Work collaboratively with colleagues, leaders, and support staff to raise attainment
The ideal KS1 Teacher will have:
UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment strategies
A commitment to Catholic education (you do not need to be Catholic to apply)
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A nurturing, reflective, and team-oriented approach to teaching
