• Assessing progress and adapting learning to meet a range of pupil needs

• Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Be on the M2–M3 range of the Main Pay Scale

• Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2

• Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and high expectations to the classroom

• Be reflective, collaborative, and committed to professional development
