Assessing progress and adapting learning to meet a range of pupil needs

Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Be on the M2–M3 range of the Main Pay Scale

Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2

Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and high expectations to the classroom

Be reflective, collaborative, and committed to professional development
