SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be supporting a highly regarded creative and holistic primary school in the heart of Westminster in their search for an experienced and passionate Lead SEND Teaching Assistant.

The Role:
- Provide high-level 1:1 and small group support to children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Act as a point of contact for support staff, liaising with the SENCO and class teachers.
- Assist with the development and implementation of EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
- Support inclusive practice, sensory regulation strategies, and emotional wellbeing.
- Model positive behaviour and develop meaningful relationships with pupils.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience supporting children with special educational needs.
- Warm, confident communication and calm, compassionate behaviour management.
- A passion for creative and holistic learning environments.
- Ideally a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent).
