We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed member to share in our vision. A key role in improving outcomes for our children.
The successful candidates will have:
- NVQ Level 2 playworker, childcare, or equivalent or willing to undergo training.
- Knowledge of appropriate play activities e.g. crafts, sports and games
- A basic awareness of health and safety practices
- Organise and plan games and sports
- Supervise children and give out refreshments and food.
- Deal with injuries and emergencies
- Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations.
- Communicate well with parents, carers and members of staff, as well as pupils.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Work well as part of a team
