We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate PPA Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team at a thriving primary school in the Waltham Forest area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a welcoming and supportive environment, where creativity and innovation are encouraged.

About the Role:

As a PPA Teacher, you will cover planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time for class teachers, delivering lessons across various subjects to primary-aged pupils. You will have the flexibility to work across different year groups and subjects, providing high-quality teaching and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across different year groups and subjects.

  • Cover PPA time for class teachers, ensuring continuity in learning.

  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans, aligned with the school’s curriculum.

  • Support and guide students with their learning needs.

  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s development.

About You:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • Experience in teaching in a primary school setting.

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.

  • Enthusiastic and adaptable, with the ability to teach across different year groups.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and professional development.
