The Role:

As an Early Career Teacher joining the Key Stage 1 team, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of your pupils.
• Creating a stimulating and positive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to both students and parents.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching and learning.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school community.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve it by September 2025.
• A genuine passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to your own professional development and a willingness to learn.
