The Role – Primary ECT:
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Primary ECT to begin their teaching journey in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will join a year group team with experienced colleagues and will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, fostering a love of learning, and helping every child reach their full potential.

The school is seeking a committed and reflective practitioner who is passionate and dedicated to delivering inclusive, child-centred education. The successful candidate must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or be on track to achieve this by July 2025. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
