Remedy Education are working with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Lewisham, offering an exciting opportunity for a HLTA to join their dedicated team starting ASAP. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing setting and is passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential.What you'll be doing:
- Supporting and delivering high-quality lessons across the primary age range.
- Working with class teachers and support staff to raise pupil attainment and engagement within all lessons.
- Providing targeted support for children of mixed abilities, including those with SEND.
- Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding practices in line with school policies.
- Building strong relationships with staff, pupils, and families.
What we are looking for in you:
- Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a HLTA within UK primary schools.
- Confident understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
