Ideally the school are looking for someone highly experienced who will be able to complete necessary SEND paperwork, provide support/guidance to teachers and who will be able to meet with parents.

About the Primary School SENCo role:
The school is looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable; works well with others and has great interpersonal and communication skills. You will have SEN Teaching experience and have a good understanding of the SEN code of practice, but plenty of training will be available on an ongoing basis.
