Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
- Create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere that fosters academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and achievement
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school values and policies
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
- Proven experience or strong training in classroom teaching (Primary)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
