The Role:

• Full-time SEMH Teacher role starting September 2025.
• Work closely with a small group of children with SEMH needs, within or outside of a mainstream classroom.
• Create tailored learning plans that support academic, social, and emotional progress.
• Collaborate with the SENCO, support staff, and external agencies.
• Foster a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience working with children with SEMH needs (mainstream or specialist).
• Be emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and skilled in de-escalation and restorative practices.
• Be confident in designing and delivering individualised learning plans.
• Be committed to making a lasting impact on pupils’ learning and well-being.
