We are now looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join our dynamic team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact during a crucial stage in pupils' primary education. As our Year 6 teacher, you'll help prepare pupils for their transition to secondary school by delivering a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum-with a particular focus on raising achievement and developing independence and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach a Year 6 class, planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum

  • Prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments and SATs

  • Support the academic, social, and emotional development of every child

  • Maintain strong classroom routines and behaviour management



The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally in Year 6

  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and SATs requirements

  • Has high expectations for all pupils and a strong commitment to raising standards
