The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching KS2, preferably Year 3

Plan and deliver engaging, well-differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and styles

Use formative and summative assessment effectively to track progress and inform teaching

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, promoting a supportive classroom culture

Be energetic, reflective, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference
