The Opportunity:
A forward-thinking and dynamic primary school in Westminster is seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the Year 4 National Curriculum, focusing on both academic and personal development.

Use a variety of assessment methods to track pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment that supports effective learning and pupil well-being.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning across the school.

Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupil progress and fostering positive relationships within the school community.

Actively participate in the wider school community, contributing to extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum, with experience in delivering creative and engaging lessons.

Proven ability to assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive, focused, and productive learning environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
