We are looking for a Senior Process Technologist to join a busy team. If you love food, fast-paced environments, and getting stuck into a challenge, this could be right up your street.

You'll be leading product trials, making sure everything runs smoothly from the kitchen to the supermarket shelf. It's all about getting great products launched the right way, and on time. It's a great opportunity for you to work with top quality products for some of the major retailers!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and develop a team with clear, aligned objectives
  • Scope and manage projects with defined KPIs and continuous improvement focus
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver product launches on time and to spec
  • Plan and manage factory trials, resolving issues proactively and effectively
  • Take part in internal and customer panels to ensure launch readiness
  • Maintain a forward-looking plan aligned with critical paths
  • Monitor process changes for cost impact and manage trial budgets
  • Use data and root cause analysis to solve problems and improve product consistency
  • Ensure the department is always audit-ready with validated food safety procedures
