Our renowned client is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to support their established, dynamic QA team in delivering exceptional residential units at their landmark project in Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of London's most ambitious regeneration projects.

�?? About the Role:

In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll work closely with the QA Managers to maintain up-to-date records, coordinate inspections, and ensure that each unit is delivered to the highest possible standard. With the main contractor handing over 5-10 units per week, the pace will quickly intensify, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the QA team in managing quality records and inspection data

  • Ensure systems and trackers are kept up to date with the latest information

  • Liaise with site teams to coordinate snagging, inspections, and sign-offs

  • Assist in preparing units for handover to end customers

  • Help maintain consistent standards of finish across all apartments

  • Work with Fieldview (or similar platforms) to log and track quality issues

? What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a construction or property-related admin role (QA experience is a bonus)

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure

  • Comfortable with digital systems and quality management tools (e.g., Fieldview, Excel)

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on high standards

  • Clear communicator who can work well with both site teams and customer-focused departments
