BIM Coordinator – MEP Contractor

£45,000-£55,000 plus package

Due to a number of large project wins, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a MEP Contractor based out of their London Office by Farringdon Station.

You will be working alongside the Head of BIM and the team of Coordinators on a number of projects across Commercial Fit Out, Resi, Mixed Use and Data Centres.

You will need to have at least 3 years experience using Revit MEP, but other than this there is a lot of flexibility in what is required. The main thing we are after is team fit which has been key to the growth of the business since they were established over 15 years ago, as well as a hunger to learn and develop.

The business have a plan around developing their BIM Team to be a cut above the competition, so are investing heavily in a number of areas to aid this with in depth training & development plans for all members of the team. The goal is to have everyone in the team at the level of being able to run their own projects as BIM Lead
