10 - 12 month maternity contract. 

Fabulous opportunity for someone with solid experience of working within production at a record label to move into a role as Catalogue Manager within a high-profile music business. 

You will be part of a small, close-knit team working on music album campaigns from production to release, and your role will include

  • Organising mastering and remastering sessions
  • Generating production parts orders - lacquers, DDPs, and digital
  • Coordinating Dolby Atmos mixing sessions and organising playback sessions
  • Generating ISRCs for new releases
  • Drafting and proofing label copy, including credits, lyrics, and marketing text for album artwork 
  • Conducting QC checks on CD and digital parts before release
  • Coordinating recording sessions for production and marketing 
  • Managing production schedules, ordering white samples and template approvals
  • Transferring and digitising archival formats
  • Overseeing cataloguing and archiving of test pressings

This would suit someone with

  • solid experience of overseeing production processes in music within a record label
  • experience of working from production through to release on album campaigns
