An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's leading banks as a Product Manager within their Payments and FX division, based in the heart of London.
This is a key role for a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Manager who wants to shape the future of cross-border payments helping global clients move money faster, smarter, and more securely. The bank is an established market leader in international payments, known for its investment in innovation, API-driven infrastructure, and customer-focused transformation.
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end development of new payments products and features, working across digital channels, transaction FX, and payment orchestration. Partnering closely with talented engineers, sales teams, and global stakeholders, you'll drive the roadmap that defines how international payments evolve in a fast-changing regulatory and technological landscape.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work across both commercial and technical domains, collaborating with key teams including Technology, Risk, Operations, and Compliance to design and deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric payment solutions.
You'll help define product vision and priorities, oversee delivery of new API capabilities, and lead initiatives that improve client experience and drive commercial value. From designing requirements and MVPs to supporting rollout and stakeholder buy-in, you'll play an integral part in shaping a product that operates across borders, currencies, and customer needs.
About You
We're looking for a Product Manager with a strong grounding in payments ideally with experience in cross-border payments, FX, or transaction banking. You'll be comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology, able to translate complexity into actionable strategy, and passionate about innovation within financial services.
You'll bring a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering results through collaboration and ownership. Experience within a regulated financial environment is important, as is an understanding of API-driven product development or digital payments infrastructure.
