Product Manager – Customer Journey & Booking Systems

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the transformation of the booking experience for an exciting hospitality and entertainment concept – shaping a seamless, intuitive, and high-converting journey from start to finish. This is a cross-functional role that blends UX, data-driven optimisation, and strategic thinking to unlock growth opportunities and deliver standout customer experiences.

As the Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind booking system improvements, aligning product enhancements with business goals. Whether it's through better design, smarter pricing strategies, or smarter A/B tests, your work will directly impact conversion, satisfaction, and revenue.

The role:

  • Optimise the Booking Journey: Improve reliability, ease of use, and the conversion funnel across web and mobile.
  • Boost Booking Performance: Identify opportunities for upsells, reduce friction, and align booking flow with promotions and pricing strategies.
  • Champion the Customer: Use behavioural insights and user feedback to elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Lead Collaboratively: Partner with teams across marketing, IT, sales, and third-party vendors to deliver cohesive, scalable improvements.
  • Experiment: Design and execute A/B tests, implement CRO best practices, and continuously refine the digital booking experience.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in booking systems, CRO, or digital product optimisation.
  • A sharp analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and booking/payment integrations.
  • An understanding of UX design principles, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimisation techniques.
  • Background in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or similar customer-focused industries is a bonus.
  • Tech-friendly – any exposure to CRM systems, HTML/CSS, or web technologies is a plus.
