I am working on a project for one of the worlds most innovative and recognised technology and consumer product organisations. Having recently been introduced to the Product, Design and Marketing team, two stakeholders have brought to light their need for a Product Manager to help grow and support the customer experience across a range of services.
You will work with a wide variety of functional teams across apps to identify, provide strategy to and define new opportunities to enhance the customer's experience of our services, with a focus on bringing new customers into the ecosystem and retaining them. You will:
* Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including but not limited to core product, marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA, business development and design teams
* Optimise and overhaul consumer facing flows across the subscription life-cycle, from acquisition to on-boarding and engagement, through to retention and win-back
* Gather business requirements and use cases from various teams, and identify necessary key capabilities across multiple platforms
* Partner with the Customer Life-cycle team to form a best-in-class growth program
* Build strong presentations that convey a vision and tell a story that leaders at all levels can get behind
* Creatively problem solve and propose solutions, while understanding any known limitations and resource constraints
* Help prioritise key initiatives and evangelise the road-map
* Measure and analyse experiences based on KPIs with an eye on optimisation opportunities over time
