A leading professional medical body is on the lookout for a meticulous and motivated Project Officer to support their national clinical audit and research programme.This is an exciting temporary opportunity to be at the heart of impactful healthcare projects, working alongside expert clinical leads to shape national reports, research methodologies, and evaluation frameworks.What You’ll Be Doing:?? Driving healthcare improvements by conducting literature reviews, identifying quality standards, and supporting national audits. ?? Collaborating with experts, including clinical leads, healthcare professionals, and patient representatives. ?? Handling data with precision, ensuring accuracy in statistical analysis using SPSS and Excel. ?? Creating insightful reports—supporting data collection, cleaning, and presentation for national publications. ?? Managing databases, shaping new data systems, and liaising with services to resolve queries. ?? Providing essential project support, from organising meetings and events to crafting member communications.What We’re Looking For:?? A keen interest in healthcare, social care, and mental health. ?? Experience in clinical audits, research, or healthcare quality improvement. ?? Strong data analysis skills (SPSS and Excel expertise preferred). ?? Excellent written and spoken English with a sharp eye for detail. ?? A confident communicator with great interpersonal skills. ??
