About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our School of Biological & Behavioural Sciences team. This is a temporary position based in Mile End, London, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our professional services team, you will:
- Oversee examination administration and ensure smooth operations for all assessments.
- Collaborate closely with the Education Services Manager and Subject Exam Board Chairs.
- Develop and maintain systems for scrutiny of examination papers.
- Act as the primary contact for examination queries from students, staff, and External Examiners.
- Monitor compliance with assessment regulations and guidelines.
- Support a positive and inclusive work culture within the school.
