- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC
- City & Guilds level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC
About the company:
A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor working on a hospital contract based in West London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to their team.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage a team of 5 M&E Engineers
- Manage all technical issues.
- Manage agreed KPI and SLA's.
- Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
- Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the permit system.
- Strong technical engineering understanding (M&E)
Candidate requirements:
- The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
- Experienced Supervisor within FM - Technical Services
- People Management, Good Leader
- Technical Background (Mechanical)
