Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the policy & procedure and administration teams in the delivery of services
  • Be responsible for supporting the administration team and projects by identifying innovative ways of improving processes and their implementation
  • Implementing changes to the systems and finding efficient, cost-effective solutions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that the work and scope of projects cover necessary aspects required.
  • Train & align yourselves with the team and other dependent business partners ensuring optimum project aligned tasks & implementation processes are followed.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team, to balance operational needs with project requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians & programme managers to review projects in pipeline and analyse operational aspects & how they will impact the operations.
  • Deliver training to the team on legislation updates or improvements to processes.
  • Write and review work instructions and process notes to enable the administration team to adhere to policy.
  • Analysing data sets to identify trends and provide management with valuable information.

What are we looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of DB and DC pensions
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to work to tight deadlines, with minor or no supervision
  • Successful track record in building relationships with key stakeholders & Clients.
  • Skilled in the use of MS office products (e.g. word, excel etc).
  • Strong analytical and data-analysis skills.
  • Exposure to pensions calculations, with the ability to complete reconciliation tasks.
