Are you a marketing and communications expert ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Program Manager to lead high-profile initiatives that enhance the experience of delivery partners, from onboarding to their first delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll develop and deliver end-to-end go-to-market strategies, launch new product features, and collaborate with teams across operations, product, and technology. You'll also manage a key communications channel, overseeing content delivery and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.



What you'll do:

  • Create and execute marketing and communication strategies for new product features and partner experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to drive seamless integration and improvements.
  • Manage the lifecycle journey from onboarding to first delivery block.
  • Analyse data and metrics to refine communications and boost engagement.


What you'll bring:

  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing or communications projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimisation.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field (Master's is a plus).
