Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of system-related projects across Finance, HR, Compliance, and other departments.
- Manage both small-scale enhancements and larger system implementations.
- Take ownership of existing projects in flight and ensure smooth continuation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide consultative input and challenge constructively to drive effective change.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in project delivery within a business transformation or change environment.
- Ideally come from a financial services background
- Experience working in smaller organisations with exposure to multiple project types.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
