Summary:
We're currently looking for a motivated and detail-focused Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a range of non-digital infrastructure projects.
This is a London based, full time role on a 6 month contract with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting the delivery of minor works, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Scheme Project Manager across various infrastructure projects, including road resurfacing, roof repairs, building adaptations, and air conditioning installations
Assist in developing and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring all tasks and dependencies are accounted for
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders
Engage effectively with both internal and external parties to support project delivery
Prepare, format, and distribute project-related data and reports as required
Ensure adherence to organisational standards and contractual obligations
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an organised and proactive professional with experience in infrastructure or rail-related projects. You'll be confident working independently and within a wider delivery team, with a strong focus on meeting project milestones and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
HND qualification in a relevant field
Previous experience working within the rail sector
Eligible for BPSS clearance
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage and report on multiple tasks and priorities
Must be available to work five days a week on-site in London
