The Role
The Project Manager will take responsibility for leading the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. The position requires a strong leader capable of managing site teams, programmes, budgets, and client relationships while maintaining exceptional construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and financial control.

  • Monitor health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company policy.

  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications.

  • Report on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within main contracting or high-end residential development.

  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects under pressure.

  • Willingness to relocate to the Channel Islands, with support provided for relocation.
