Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of varied and challenging projects across commercial, retail, public, and private sectors? We're seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Services to join a forward-thinking team delivering excellence across Central London.



The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the full lifecycle of maintenance and remedial projects. You'll ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage engineers and specialist sub-contractors to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.

  • Oversee PPM schedules and ensure timely delivery of remedial works.

  • Maintain and enforce Health & Safety procedures across all projects.

  • Liaise with client site managers and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor project quality, compliance, and progress against targets.

  • Prepare and issue progress reports and project trackers.

  • Record, value, and report on additional or remedial works.



What You'll Need

  • A recognised trade qualification or apprenticeship (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver work to the highest standards.
