Freelance Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to deliver fast-track retail strip-out projectspredominantly in London, but also across the UK. The role is site-based and requires strong leadership, retail framework knowledge, and the ability to work to compressed programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail strip-out projects from mobilisation to completion

• Deliver works to tight schedules, often in live retail environments

• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Manage programme, costs, H&S, and site logistics

• Liaise with landlords, centre management, and local authorities

• Provide clear site reporting and progress updates

Experience Required:

• Proven PM experience on retail strip-out / dilapidation works

• Strong understanding of UK retail frameworks and landlord requirements

• Track record delivering projects on fast-track programmes

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
