We’re working with a highly respected project management company specialising in delivering high-end retail environments for some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. They’re currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their London-based team.

You’ll be working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, efficient process management, and accurate documentation across all stages of the project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects running smoothly. From coordinating communication between clients, designers, and contractors, to managing project documentation and supporting the team with planning and procurement—you’ll be involved in every step of the journey.

Your week might start with a quick check-in on project trackers, followed by prepping reports, organising site visits, or helping onboard new consultants. No two days are the same, and your ability to juggle tasks and keep things moving will be key.

A bit about you:

  • You’ll have at least 2 years experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in architecture, construction, or interior design.
  • You’re confident using project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
  • You’re a natural communicator, super organised, and have a sharp eye for detail.
  • You understand the luxury retail world and the RIBA stages (0–7)
  • You’re proactive, positive, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
