Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to post-completion
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
- Review and implement project strategies, making necessary interventions to ensure successful delivery
- Attend and lead client meetings, producing accurate and timely minutes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Use project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) to track progress and manage time lines
Requirements:
- Experience managing construction projects across both residential and commercial sectors
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and build relationships
- Confident in holding meetings and reporting on project performance
- Familiar with project lifecycle from design and planning through to handover
- Competent using project management tools, especially Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
