Specialising in high-end luxury retail fit-outs, this team are seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator to join their London studio on a permanent, full-time basis.

In this role you’ll act as the vital link between clients, consultants, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and flawless project delivery. With exposure to prestigious global brands and innovative retail spaces, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities.

This position would suit someone with prior experience in project coordination or administration within architecture, construction, or interior design. Knowledge of RIBA stages is a bonus, along with confidence in supporting project managers across planning, procurement, compliance, and budget management.
